Bedhead Toddler Bucket Hat – Soft Jersey, Anti‑Flop Brim, UPF50+

A gentle step between a baby flap hat and a bigger‑kid bucket, the Bedhead Toddler Bucket Hat is designed for little ones who are starting to sit, crawl and explore their world. Made from soft, stretchy 95% cotton and 5% elastane jersey, it offers UPF50+ excellent protection with both the fabric and finished hat design tested to Australian standards (AS/NZS 4399).

The clever felt anti‑flop brim keeps its shape without falling into little eyes, yet folds softly when your child leans back in the pram, stroller or car seat. A stretchy chin strap with an adjustable toggle helps keep the hat secure during daycare days, park adventures and those first busy steps on two feet.

Best suited to babies and toddlers who spend time in prams, carriers and slings, this lightweight everyday hat is soft, sun‑safe and thoughtfully designed for comfort.

Size Advice & Brim Depth

Every little head is unique, so measuring is essential.

1. Distract your child with a toy or snack.

2. Measure with a tape (or ribbon + ruler).

3. Choose the size closest to their measurement — hats stretch up to 4cm.

Example: If your child measures 45cm, choose the 47cm size for comfortable wear and room to grow. A hat that’s too big may block their vision and encourage them to pull it off.
