Return and Refund Policy

At adoreu Tasmania, we take pride in the quality of the brands we stock and the service we provide, both online and in our three stores. We want you to be delighted with every purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for store credit, subject to the requirements below. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to adoreu baby, Babyland and Storktalk.


How to Return an Item

    Provide your contact details and reason for return.
  2. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging undamaged.
  3. All return shipping costs must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. If the return is due to our error, or the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    Once received and processed, a store credit voucher (excluding delivery charges) will be issued the same day.

30-Day Change of Mind

Items are eligible for a 30-Day Change of Mind return if they are:

  1. In original condition with tags attached and packaging undamaged.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Original condition means the item:

  • Has not been worn or used
  • Is in pristine condition with no damage or signs of wear or tear

Determination of whether an item meets this definition is at the sole discretion of the Store senior team leader.


Return Address

All returns must go to the store they were purchased from. In the case of a products from multiple locations, we will determine which store to return too:

Support After Baby Loss

We understand that some customers may experience a loss. If you have purchased items from us and experienced a loss, we are here to support you.

There is no rush to contact us regarding cancellations of laybys or baby shower gift registries.

Please reach out whenever you feel ready, and we will assist you with care and understanding.
