Cocoon Swaddle Bag – One Swaddle, Three Ways (Arms‑In, Hands‑Up, Arms‑Out)

Meet the swaddle that adapts to your baby’s unique sleep style. The Cocoon Swaddle Bag is designed to grow with your newborn, offering three comforting ways to wear it — arms‑in, hands‑up or arms‑out. Whether your baby has a strong startle reflex or prefers more freedom, this clever design supports safer, easier settling from day one.

Made to mimic the snug, secure feel of the womb, the Cocoon’s stretchy organic cotton blend provides a firm yet gentle fit that helps calm the startle reflex while still allowing natural movement and full chest expansion. As your baby grows and begins showing signs of rolling, simply open the shoulder snaps to transition to arms‑out sleeping — no need to buy a new sleep bag.

This award‑winning swaddle has been refined since 2009 and remains one of the most trusted newborn sleep solutions for parents wanting simplicity, safety and softness.

Understanding TOG Ratings

TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) measures the warmth of sleepwear.

• Lower TOG = lighter and cooler

• Higher TOG = warmer and more insulated

Choose a TOG based on your baby’s room temperature to ensure safe, comfortable sleep without blankets.
