How To Use
As hot pack
- Submerge in hot (not boiling) water for 5 - 7 minutes
- Once pack is warm enough, dry off and begin use
As cold pack
- Place in fridge or freezer for up to 60 minutes
- Once pack is cold enough, begin use
- IMPORTANT: Do not store permanently in freezer
